Ichié・Lounge offers gluten-free canelé from OKARADA, which is based on the concept of "using high-quality, natural ingredients". The additive-free canelés are made with rice flour and okara (bean curd) powder and baked carefully for an hour, making them crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Take-out is also available. Please enjoy our healthy and tasty special canelé.
